Itinerary
We will appreciate nature and feel the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, learn from the local history, traditions and plants.
The walk starts in Carrapateira, a small fisherman’s village and continues to the complex dune sistem near Bordeira beach and the mouth of the Bordeira stream.
Then we pass in the Pontal da Carrapateira, with several viewpoints to the ocean, pass an small fishing harbour and an ancient islamic settlement.
We will pass by the Amado Beach, one of the surfers’ favorite beach, and we will return to the village, passing by a big pine tree wood.
