The activity will start as soon as the arrival of all participants is verified.
A reception will be held for participants, followed by a detailed description of all equipment to be used, board or kayak and paddles. How to row and how to stand on the SUP board will be explained.

An explanation will be given about the safety standards both in the use of life jackets and in relation to the activity.
Explanations will be given about the activity itself, which will be carried out in the calm waters of the River Mira, 32 Kms from its mouth, inserted in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina. Existing currents will not be very strong.
Information on the route to be carried out, since the starting point coincides with the arrival point, so the direction of the activity will only have the conditioning of the current coming from the tide.
Points of interest, both historical and existing fauna and flora, will also be mentioned.
At the end of the activity, the equipment will be collected and thanks to the participants.
