After meeting your private guide, start the tour with a rich coffee and an “ouriço” (regional pastry delicacy) and understand the cultural importance of coffees in the early 20th century and and the connection of pastry with convents.

At this surf interpretive centre we will understand how this sport and its worldwide distinction have been changing the socio-cultural and economic dynamics of Ericeira while living an immersive experience. And then we will visit the old shellfish and sea urchin farms.

At the fishermen’s beach we will meet these “sea wolves”and their fishing “artifacts”. We’ll see them coming home after a hard/long fishing day or preparing for tomorrow. Here we will enjoy the freshness captured daily for lunch.

At this tavern, we’ll make a toast to our health with a natural medicine that have their origin in the convents of monks in the medival period.
