Itinerary
Day 1: Colares – Sintra
Pass By: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
Arrival in Lisbon. Possibility to request a private transfer to Sintra or to reach it by public or private means of transport.
Arrival in the Surf House in Ericeira,
Check in and accommodation in the rooms.
No meals included on this day.
Accommodation included: Overnight in the Surfhouse in shared rooms or on request in the comfortable glamping tents.
Day 2: Surf & Yoga – Praia Grande
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
This first day will begin with a coffee before the daily Yoga class, at the end of which an abundant buffet breakfast will be served.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
After breakfast we will leave with the Instructor Team for the first Surf lesson in Praia Grande in search of the best waves.
During the rest of the day you can relax in the cool pine forest or on the beach.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
Dinner and a live concert will be scheduled for the evening, right inside the Glamping.

Day 3: Surf & Yoga
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
Like the previous day, this will also begin with a coffee before the daily Yoga class, at the end of which an abundant buffet breakfast will be served.

Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
After breakfast we will leave with the Team of Instructors for the first Surf lesson in Praia Grande in search of the best waves. During the rest of the day you can relax in the cool pine forest or on the beach.

In the evening you can decide whether to prepare your own meal in the shared Glamping kitchen or taste the ethnic dishes of one of the Glamping kiosks (vegetarian, pizza, kebab, or traditional Portuguese).

Day 4: Discovering Sintra
Stop At: Sintra National Palace, Largo Rainha Dona Amelia, Sintra 2710-616 Portugal
This day will be dedicated to rest after the intense physical activity of the first two.
You can go to the discovery of the Sintra National Park or discover the alleys and shops with typical products of the historic center of Sintra.
For the more sporty, extra activities such as MTB or Trekking can be requested within the Sintra National Park, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Upon returning from the excursion, dinner and a live concert will be provided in the evening, right inside the Glamping.

Day 5: Surf & Yoga- Praia Grande

On this day the Yoga eSurf lessons will resume.
We will then start with a coffee before the daily Yoga class at the end of which an abundant buffet breakfast will be served.

Unfortunately, the time has come to say goodbye to Praia Grande and the magical Serra di Sintra, with the hope of returning as soon as possible to this fantastic corner of the world.
