We offer an authentic and high quality surfing experience, using our exclusive teaching method, based on learning seven levels of surfing through the knowledge of seven maneuvers to achieve advanced surfing, including apnea lessons in the pool.
The experience includes a stay at the Hotel Arribas in Praia Grande, in an area of excellence, with sea views from all rooms, restaurant and bar, with a terrace to rest and enjoy a drink at sunset, and an oceanic pool.

Day 1: Arrival in Lisbon
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
Check-in at Hotel Arribas with welcome drink.
Enjoy the view, relax and rest for a time of the next few days.

Accommodation included: Stay overnight in a cozy room, overlooking Praia Grande.
Day 2: 1st Surf Day
Stop At: Colares, Colares, Sintra Municipality, Lisbon District, Central Portugal
9am: Breakfast
9:30 am: The Coach checks in with you at the Hotel Arribas reception
10 am-12pm: Meeting with the Coach for surfing or surfing in front of the hotel!
Be filmed or surf with your coach – or both!
12:30 pm: (approx.): Lunch at Hotel Arribas
15h00-17h00: 2nd Surf Session – same beach or different location depending on the tide – be filmed!
5:30 pm: Arrival at the hotel and initiation to surf apnea at the Praia Grande pool
6:30 pm: Get ready for dinner
7.30 / 20: 00: Dinner at Hotel Arribas

Day 3: 2nd Surf Day

10h-12h: Get on the road to explore the surf or surf right in front of the hotel!
12:30 pm (approx.): Lunch at Hotel Arribas
15:00 – 17:00: 2nd Surf Session – continue to refine the water technique – same beach or different location bc of tide
17h30: Surf Apnea at Praia Grande Pool
7:00 pm: Filming analysis
7:30 pm: Get ready for dinner
8:30 pm: Dinner at Hotel Arribas
