Stop At: Santana, Madeira Portugal
We’re starting our journey in Faial, where a mostly virgin Madeira can be seen. Climbing Cruzinhas we’re starting our off-road experience and entering the Laurel forest, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage Site because of its exclusive endemic ecosystem.
We’re teaching you how to cook espetada, our traditional beef skewers! After lunch a pit stop for digestion is in order: let’s rewards ourselves with a real traditional poncha, we know the best places for that too.
On our way back to Funchal you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the countryside, lay back and see some of the best Madeiran sights.
