Itinerary

Stop At: Faro, Faro, Faro District, Algarve
We start the tour with a visit to the historic center or “Old Town” where we can see the Sé Cathedral and the Faro Municipal Museum with a vast collection of over 800 exhibits. The Arco da Vila, the Ramparts, the Arco do Repouso and Porta Nova, from where you can enjoy the beautiful Ria Formosa, are other attractions to visit. Then we visit downtown Faro, where you can stroll through the typical pedestrian streets enjoying the beautiful Portuguese sidewalk and enjoying the local shops. To end the visit to the Algarve capital we will visit the Nossa Senhora do Carmo Church, a Baroque style building completed in 1719. We also visited the Bones Chapel with its walls and ceiling lined with bones belonging to the monks who once served the city.
