The Azores are the only place in the world to use a glass greenhouse for the production of pineapples, during this visit we will learn a lot about the cultivation process that reaches 24 months.

The first contact with the huge crater of the volcano of the Seven Cities. A small rail of about 300 meters, takes us to the top of a peak for a unique view. To not lose.

At this stop enjoy a taste of traditional liqueurs and explore the historic center of Ribeira Grande. The Garden of Paradise, once the port of entry into the city, is a true postcard.

(Optional) Considered the ex-libris of Lagoa do Fogo, no tour would be complete without a visit to this place, so to make your visit memorable, we strongly advise you to visit a park that reminds us of a tropical forest and has as the maximum exponent, the well-known hot water cascade. At the Interpretation Center located in the park, it collects various information about fauna and flora.
Entry is not included and is divided into:

Considered by many places, the most beautiful lagoon of the Azores, the lagoon of Fogo is able to sustain us the breath. A natural reserve since 1974 welcoming on its interior slopes of the crater, several species of seabirds nesting. The color of its waters, do not leave anyone indifferent.

The natural “cuisine” of the Azores, here the locals cook the famous “stew” in holes made in the volcanic soil. Watch as you pull out of the boiled before a tasting of this unique dish in the world, cooked slowly for seven hours on the volcanic floor, in a traditional restaurant in the Furnas Village.

After a unique gastronomic experience, the visit to the enchanted valley or “mouth of the volcano” takes you between water and muddy boilers where you can feel the force of a volcano. Venue of several springs of mineral waters, we can taste some of the best known, before a traditional liquor proof in a local handicraft shop.

Magnificent zone of water mills, now transformed into a natural park where its waterfalls are its biggest attraction. Considered one of the most beautiful areas in the Northeast, you can still enjoy the traditional and traditional “corn leaf dolls” made by hand in the local handicraft shop.
