Day 1: Full Day Sintra Cascais & Estoril

Stop At: Park and National Palace of Pena, Estrada da Pena, Sintra 2710-609 Portugal
Start your tour with the journey to Sintra. Visit Pena Park, where you will be amazed by the variety of trails, trees and other plants. Next, feel like Portuguese royalty as you enter the romantic Pena National Palace at the top of Sintra Mountain. See the Great Triton, the guardian of the palace, inspired by Manueline art. Inside the palace, admire the attention to detail in the bedrooms of the king and queen and the Arab Room.

Stop At: Centro Historico de Sintra, Sintra 2710-616 Portugal
Leave the palace and follow your guide to the historical center of Sintra, where you’ll have free time to explore the town, to visit Sintra National Palace (where the Portuguese royalty of the 15th and 16th centuries used to spend the summer months) or have some lunch (own expense). For dessert, try a travesseiro or a queijada, two delicious local pastries.

Stop At: Estrada Cabo da Roca, Colares 2705-001 Portugal
Next, admire the landscape of Sintra Natural Park on the way to the next stop. Enjoy a photo opportunity at the cliffs of Roca Cape (Cabo da Roca), the westernmost point of Europe.

Pass by the surfer’s paradise of Guincho Beach.

Pass By: Boca do Inferno, Northern section of Cascais, Cascais 2750-642 Portugal
Pass the cliff at Hell’s Mouth (Boca do Inferno), before stopping to stretch your legs along Cascais’ bay.

Stop At: Centro Historico de Cascais, Cascais Portugal
Wander around the center of Cascais, a former fishing village and today a popular holiday spot. Follow your guide through narrow alleyways and see the traditional Portuguese white houses or enjoy some time relaxing at the beach.

On the drive back to Lisbon where your tour concludes, soak up the scenic views along the Atlantic coast and in the town of Estoril.

Day 2: Experience Lisbon Walking tour

Stop At: Chiado, Lisbon Portugal
One of the most emblematic quarters of Lisbon. From there we will have an amzing view from the city and enjoy a refreshing beer

Stop At: Rua Cor de Rosa, Rua Nova do Carvalho, Lisbon 1200-161 Portugal
A pedestrian street better known as “Pink Street,” after an urban renewal project in 2013, when the pavement between the terraces, bars and clubs was painted pink. It has become one of Lisbon’s most popular destinations at night

Stop At: Pontal de Cacilhas, Largo Alfredo Diniz (Alex) 7, Almada 2800-252 Portugal
This waterfront district on the southern bank of the Tagus offers one of the most beautiful views of Lisbon. That journey is made on a “cacilheiro,” a single-hull ferry that does the public transportation service between the two sides of the river.
Here we will have our lunch tasting Seafood rice with a glass of green wine.

Stop At: Relogio do Cais do Sodre, Cais do Sodre 46, Lisbon 1200-450 Portugal
The “Wharf of Sodré” is a terminal of the ferries that link Lisbon to Cacilhas and Almada across the river, and is also a train and subway station as well as a major bus stop.
