Lisboa Trip Overview
I left my career as an environmental engineer to help myself and others get the most out of life in an adventurous and out-of-the-box way. Now as a proud tour and experience guide, I’m doing just that. My passion is to travel and to learn about other people and cultures. I love nature, and the sea fascinates me. The Berlengas Islands have all of this and much more. I’m originally from Lisbon, but I’ve lived in Caldas da Rainha and Peniche, and I’m a big fan of the western region of Portugal.
This adventure is special because it runs in a tottaly relaxed and friendly environment where you can really disconect from the “world” and enjoy a day of pure fun and adventure, with the boat rides and the kayak or just enjoying and relaxing at the beach.

Itinerary
I’ll pick you up at the meeting point in the center of Lisbon, and we’ll head to the coastal town of Peniche. We’ll hop on the boat that will take us to the Berlengas Islands and enjoy the sea ride. When we reach the paradise of Berlengas, we will explore the island and its nature, fauna, and flora. You will learn about the myths and legends linked to the multiple shipwrecks around these islands, which are nowadays an incredible playground for scuba diving. After our walk, we’ll stop for a light picnic snack. Then in the afternoon, depending on your preference, we’ll either visit the caves and circle the islands in a kayak or do the same on board a comfortable glass-bottom boat. Don’t forget to bring a bathing suit because you’ll be able to swim during our journey. After this island adventure, we’ll return to the boat and to Peniche. To finish the experience, we’ll pass through Peniche Fortress, Carvoeiro Cape, and Baleal Beach before we return to Lisbon, where I’ll drop you off at the meeting point. Let’s have some fun…
