Stop At: Alfama, Lisbon Portugal

Alfama, the oldest district of Lisbon, is an old Medina with small rows and alleys, a perfect defense system during the period of Arabah in Portugal from the eighth to the twelfth century, after the Christian reconquest, the Arab civilization that lived here, if moved to the “Mouraria” neighborhood.
