The old town is at least pitoresc, the charm of the town is exactly the mix of the front stores with the old construction and centenary shops..
the Piriquita bakery founded in 1862 is a mandatory stop for the food trill seekers…! The Sintra Ch…. ups… it’s a secret I wont tell you. You will have to find out

Stop At: Binhoteca, Rua das Padarias 16, Sintra 2710-603 Portugal

For Wine Lovers and all the Others… Sintra best wine shop is also a mandatory stop. With a exclusive production and passioned bartenders that explain all the concept of the exclusive Porto Wines

Stop At: Sintra National Palace, Largo Rainha Dona Amelia, Sintra 2710-616 Portugal

This is a Optional entrance and the admission tickets are not included.

If you are interested in the wine shop in alternative you can visit the Palácio Nacional de Sintra, Originally a moors construction that was adapted and amplified under the reigns of King Dinis, King João I and King Manuel I.
Probably the most interesting artifacts inside the palace are the 3D Mudejar tiles and the Coat of Arms room.

Let me tell you a history, when I was a kid the Santini Ice cream shop only existed in cascais at the Rua Direita, today the have some more shops but I still prefer to go the original one. Have a try, and let your mouth enjoy all the fruit flavors…they change according to the season fruit

Most of the days may look very calm the sea BUT, you don’t judge the bull when he is quiet …
the waves have carved the cliff’s and created caves were the show starts…
