In addition to these monuments, you can also discover some of the oldest and most legendary stores here.

Another few hundred meters and we will reach Praça dos Restauradores, which has the monument in the middle to remember the restoration of Portugal’s independence in 1640.

Flanked by old cinemas and theaters, this square marks the beginning of Avenida da Liberdade, the most important in Lisbon.

Now, always cycling along the river, admiring the fantastic riverfront scenery, we begin heading towards our meeting point to end our tour.

During this final route you will have the opportunity to see the ruins of the port of Lisbon before the 1755 tsunami and the navy dock, with traditional boats, of Finnish origin, that have been working on the Tagus River for hundreds of years.
