Before leaving the Tagus Estuary through the river mouth, you will pass under the 25th of April bridge. You will see the beautiful monuments in Belem neighbourhood, and head into the Sea. - If you still think you might get seasick, make sure you avoid having breakfast based on milk and iogurts. Eat properly and include bread and an apple to avoid getting seasick (We also have pills if necessary).
