Next join Paulo and Susan in their kitchen to learn to prepare 4 traditional Portuguese dishes as you hear about the origin of a few delicious wines produced nearby. During your hands-on cooking class learn to make two traditional dishes from scratch in addition to placing the finishing touches on a couple of dishes. Learn the techniques involved in cooking Portuguese cuisine during your cooking lesson which will last about two hours. Later join your hosts at the dining table to enjoy the meal you helped prepare.
