We will meet you at our Surf School in Matosinhos Beach, which is one of the best spots in Portugal and the most adapted for surfing lessons. It is also characterized by consistent swells, fine white sand and faces westwards out to the Atlantic Ocean.
Sup Lessons in the Ocean or Douro River Tours have a duration of 2 hours, starting with an introductory briefing, followed by specifying warm-up before going to the water.
We work with a maximum of 7 surfers per instructor, to provide more safety and personalized aproach.

The SUP Tour is a service that takes customers to discover unique landscapes in the middle of nature in tributaries of the Douro, such as Rio Paiva and Ilha dos Amores, Rio Arda and Rio Inha. We offer a unique opportunity for the whole family to practice recreational and leisure activities in contact with nature. Suitable for all ages and levels, especially beginners.
