Although small in size, Portugal has a rich and varied gastronomy, based on the Mediterranean diet but with several influences. In this Cooking Class you will learn to prepare traditional Portuguese dishes based upon typical recipes. Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will prepare and enjoy a four course meal: appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. After the class you can enjoy a well deserved meal with the dishes you prepared, paired with different Portuguese wines.
