Porto da Cruz Trip Overview

This medium level 22km trail run starts next to Praia da Alagoa, going by sea, til Praia da Maiata. From here we go up til Larano.

Through all the Larano’s trail, we’ll reach Boca do Risco where we have an uphill, which is hard but has a spectacular view.

We’ll cross a dirt road to the Funduras forest house and then, in a single-track curving all the mountain, we’ll reach another road that leads us to Portela.

Here we have an amazing view of Porto da Cruz. The descent is made through an existing part of the ancient path.

Following through some urban trails, we return to the starting point.
