Historic Guided Tour – Electric Bike (Full day)

Those who know the city of Porto may find that cycling is very difficult. It would be true if we were not talking about electric bikes!
Our electric bikes are very easy to drive and environmentally friendly!
We will go through the entire city center, passing through the most emblematic places, before crossing to V.N.Gaia, where we will have a Port wine tasting in one of its beautiful cellars, and enjoy a typical lunch in the traditional fishing village of Afurada!
After lunch, we will cross the river again, but this time by boat, returning to the bank on the Porto side.
The second part of the Tour will be a beautiful walk along the Foz border and through the magnificent Parque da Cidade, before returning to the picturesque area of Ribeira, where the Tour will end.

The Porto Cathedral, located in the heart of the city’s historic center, is one of the main and oldest monuments in Portugal.

Located in one of the oldest doors in the city of Porto, we can see the National Theater São João and the Church of Santo Ildefonso, as well as the Palacio da Batalha

With its “belle-epoque” and “art noveau” atmosphere, this cafe is considered one of the most beautiful in the world!

Considered one of the most iconic symbols of the city, the Church and the Torre dos Clérigos (18th century) are a remarkable architectural complex, designed by Nicolau Nasoni

Due to its exclusive historical and artistic value, the Lello bookstore is recognized as one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world! Its staircases served as inspiration for the magical stairs of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter books.

The station building was designed by Portuguese architect José Marques da Silva. The station is especially famous for its beautiful tile panels.

The Luiz I Bridge, is a bridge in metallic structure with two decks, built between the years 1881 and 1888, connecting the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia (north and south bank, respectively). It is one of the icons of the city!

Here we will enjoy a tasting, and discover the history and culture of the city in a glass of Port wine!

We will stop at this traditional fishing village, and taste the best that the sea in the region has to offer! (lunch included in the tour price)

After lunch, we will cross the Douro River, using one of the most traditional ways to do this: the boat “Menino do Douro”!

Its seafront promenade, dotted with terraces, bars and gardens by the sea make this area one of the most sought after in Porto, due to its high refinement.

It is the largest urban park in the country, occupying a total of 83 hectares and about 10 km of paths. The park is a sophisticatedly designed landscape, with lakes, varied flora and fauna, integrated into the fabric of the city.

One of the road bridges that connects the cities of Porto and V.N.Gaia. At the time of its construction, in 1963, the bridge had the largest reinforced concrete arch in the world.

The Palace, a neoclassical style building, began to be built on October 6, 1842, the solemn date for laying the first stone, given the closure of the Casa da Bolsa do Comércio which forced Portuguese traders to discuss their business in the open air .
