During the navigation, we will pass by the main tourist attractions of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, namely the Alfândega do Porto where numerous exhibitions and concerts are held.

- Failure to show up on the day of departure will result in the loss of the total amount of the reservation.
- On private tours, failure to show up at the scheduled time will result in the remainder of the tour time being taken.
- On shared tours, the experience provider reserves the right to start the experience at the scheduled time, however, there is a 10-minute tolerance.
- The experience will have a maximum of 12 participants.
- The experience will only be carried out if the navigability conditions, always assessed by the vessel’s captain, are favorable. If canceled due to adverse seaworthiness conditions, a different date or full refund will be given.
