Yoga and craft beer. What a perfect match!
Do you want to connect with your body and mind in a fun way? Do you want to be more in the here and now? Then this experience is for you!
We meet at the Cervejaria do Carmo at the foot of the Igreja do Carmo, in the heart of Porto. After a quick activity to get to know each other, you will choose your favorite beer (with or without alcohol) from a wide list of imported and local beers. Equipped with your rug and your beloved beer, we’ll enter the room on the floor above where we’ll see the side of Igreja do Carmo with its hand-painted Portuguese tiles.
I will look at the group dynamics and teach the class accordingly. I will start with breathing exercises, followed by poses and finally meditation. If the group is particularly excited, we can sing mantras or do Laughter Yoga.
The entire experience will be enhanced by the beer that will be enjoyed in small sips.
