João Verde was a poet and in this panel you can find one of his poems that tells the vicissitudes of a marriage between Portugal and Galicia at the time of his writing.

Romanesque temple dating from the 13th century that “has seen” some alterations and restorations over the centuries. Here are located chapels in memory of Deu-la-Deu Martins, local heroine, and of Dom Vasco Marinho, secretary and confessor of Pope Leo X.
