“My name is João, I’m a local surfer from Porto with 30 years experience surfing. I’m a traveled surfer, former international competitor, currently running “Surf Coaching Porto”. I’m a Certified Surf Coach, by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, teaching since 1998, and I WILL BE YOUR COACH, NO ONE ELSE!
Been training local surfers and teaching foreigners how to start and improve their surf skills. Also I’m a Surf Guide partnering with the World Surf League, providing training camps (surfcamps) in Porto and organize surftrips worldwide.
Besides that, I surf every day ;)”

Itinerary
We’ll search for the best spot for each experience out of town and around Porto. Therefore avoiding crowded spots, frequent during the high season, unless we’ll face the minimum safety conditions required at the local beach.
