Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start on the coast, with brief explanations of the practice, with everything you need to know before heading to Lagoa.
After the explanation, there will be a Stand up Paddle board tour and then we will start the SUP yoga class, starting with a creative sequence of vinyasa to warm and strengthen the body, stretch all the muscles and quiet the mind, breathing exercises, ending with a meditative relaxation in the water before paddling back to shore.
