From the main square (Praça Giraldo), follow the right hand side of the church (Santo Antão), until you find Rua de Avis. Follow Rua de Avis until the end when you leave the walled town, through a medieval gate. Then, walk along the old fortress until the next (small) roundabout. there, take the 3rd exit. on your right and side you will see a green gate, with the nº 18, and a panel of tiles “QUINTA DO FERRAGIAL”
