The day begins with a visit to the traditional pineapple greenhouses, biological culture developed in glasshouses, where in the end you will taste its famous artisan liquor. You begin the descent to the interior of the crater, where you will marvel at the lagoon of Santiago, a stop that precedes the arrival to the picturesque parish of the Sete Cidades, where you can visit its center. Return to Ponta Delgada by Pico do Carvão, a privileged place to observe the beautiful green landscape of the narrowest part of the Island and its coasts.
