What to expect During this tour?

Board a small boat to visit the medieval Almourol Castle located on a Tagus River islet. Visit the amazing Convent of Christ, a world heritage site. It was the headquarter in Portugal of the Knights Templar. It presents amazing medieval architecture and renaissance art along with many stories and legends of the Templars. Walk down to Tomar center to wander the streets, visit the beautiful manuelin Church and the old Synagogue. When leaving Tomar, step on the old Aqueduct that provided water to the Convent and enjoy the monumental view.
